Located on the Yahara River between Lake Monona and Lake Waubesa, Inland Boat Works has serviced the Madison area boating community for decades. From its humble beginnings out of a World War II Quonset hut, Inland Boats produced hand crafted wood and fiberglass boats. The Inland logo can still be seen on many boats throughout the Midwest, a testament to their quality and appeal.

Starting in January 2004 Inland Boat Works has undergone extensive remodeling and updates. The Quonset hut, with a new face, still remains. A new indoor boat showroom has been added along with an on the water mini-mart. An expanded accessory department and certified repair shop still remain. Inland now carries a complete line of Triton and Bayliner boat packages.  Inland Boat Works is an authorized sales and service center for Mercury outboards and Mercruiser stern drives.
